Terms and Conditions
1. The contest is organized by Keralis. The contest is neither sponsored nor administered in any way either by YouTube, Instagram or Twitter, which means that the competition entries will be handled by Keralis. It is not limited how many times a person may participate in the competition.
2. To enter the contest you must post a link, in the commentator field to this post, to your contribution in the Samsung contest on galaxystories.com. More info on how to enter the Samsung contest will be found at galaxystories.com.
3. The contestant is responsible to possess all necessary rights, permissions and consents to the uploaded material as well as Keralis´s use of the material. If the material includes persons or names of people, their permission is needed prior to competing. Keralis discourages contestants from uploading material to which they do not have all the rights, licenses and concessions to. Keralis is not responsible in any respect for the material and its potential racist, violent, sexist, offensive or other inappropriate content or their violation of any applicable law or brand values. Keralis possesses the right to remove any material that (i) in any way constitutes or is likely to infringe third party intellectual property rights, (ii) in any way is illegal or in violation of trademark values, (iii) in any respect violate these terms and conditions.
4. The contest runs until August 17, 2014. One (1) winner will be selected by Keralis and will be informed within one (1) month from the end date of the contest in the video description as well as a direct comment to the post. To be able to win the price, the contestant need to answer Keralis with a request to get the actual prize, within two weeks from the announcement. If this is not done in time Keralis can pick another of the contestants to become the winner. The contestants gives permission to Keralis to publish the names of the winner (and their contributions) in the channels owned by Keralis.
5. The one that have the best contribution and the most creative contribution in the Samsung contest, according to Keralis, will be the winner.
6. The prize is one (1) Samsung Galaxy S5. Value is 6495 SEK (recommended retail price). Eventual profits tax will be paid by the winner.
7. The contestants give Keralis a full, unrestricted and exclusive right to use the contribution in their marketing (of competition) for an indefinite period of time regardless of media and geographic market. This means that Keralis has an unrestricted right to make copies of the contribution, edit and make it publically available.
8. To be able to win, the winner must provide certain personal data to Keralis. The data will be processed by Keralis with the only purpose of administering the contest (including contact and publish the winners). Keralis is responsible for the collected data. Keralis applies to privacy laws when processing personal data. You are entitled by law to obtain information about the personal data Keralis treats, and to have inaccurate personal data corrected. By participating in the competition - and hereby accept these terms and conditions - you agree to that Keralis treats your personal information as stated above.
